How To Fix Error 13 in Common Orders
| 1. Go to Utilities...Common Orders |
| 2. Select the common order, highlight the formulary item and click on the Show Formulary Description button. |
| 3. If the line is blank, then click the Delete Ingredient button to remove the current formulary item. |
| 4. Click the Add Ingredient button to re-add the formulary item to the order's ingredient box. |
