The
Options / Security screen has been enhanced. There is a new "Reports
& Labels" Security Tab.
Checkboxes for Full/View/None
were changed to popups

Add new Positions. You can assign
users to this new position. You can then restrict access to reports or
labels based on this position. To add a new position, type the name of the
new position in the "Position" popup. The system will ask to
confirm that you wanted to add the new position to the list. Can add the
new position on the Security sreeen or the Report Security screen.



Report Security:
Limit reports a user can see. Can limit by
individual user or by entire "Position". Select the user or
position. Click on the reports to limit. The unavailable reports are
highlighted. These reports do not appear in the Reports window.
Label Security: Can limit the batch labels a user is able to print.

Here is an example of what the
Reports screen looks like when most of the reports have been limited:
