In the Utilities / Options / Continuum of Care
For the Admission Report:
Choose a custom header;
Include checkboxes;
Include Pre-Admission Medication Orders
For the Discharge Report:
Choose a custom header;
Include checkboxes;
Include Pre-Medication Orders;
Include Start Date.
For both Admission and Discharge Reports:
Custom Signature Line;
Bold Section;
Include Footer with every page.
If not checked, the footer will appear on the last page only. If checked,
it will appear on every page.
If there is no custom footer, the report uses default text and signature
line.
