Reports

Missing Patient Information - Displays up to ten pieces of missing admission data by patient type; You can select what missing info criteria you want displayed for a single report. Define the Patient Type and Missing Info criteria using the filters to the right of the selected report.

Census - Displays patient census information by Patient Type, User Defined criteria, Doctor and Patient Status. Define information to display by using the filters to the right of the selected report.

Charges Transmitted - Includes processed charges (i.e., those charges sent via the interface, downloaded to disk, or marked as processed by printing the Charges Not Transmitted report). After selecting this report, verify that the effective period (i.e., Transmitted Date filter displayed upon selecting the report) is correct. For this report, the effective period refers to the  date the charges were processed (NOT the transaction dates). For example, if you transmit charges once a day and then want a printed copy of those transmitted charges, the effective period could be "00:00 Today" to "23:59 Today".

This report can be printed at any time in the future (even months from now!). Many users don't print it unless a hard copy is required.  If charges are transmitted via an interface, this report should not be printed or previewed until after the charges have been sent via the interface.

Monographs - This report can be run to display a patient information header and drug Monograph for all drugs with a formulary User-Defined flag of "food-drug interaction" for any given date range. Use the filters to the right of the report to specify date range, monograph type and other formulary User-Defined criteria.
