1. Click on the
Admission tab under the Utilities/ Options menu.
2. Check the box marked Log Changes
to Patient Record.
The program logs each edit/addition that is made to the
original patient record and tracks User Name, Date/Time, Field Name, and the Changed
From/To modifications.
You may view the Patient Record Change Log by selecting View
Patient Record Changes from the Patient menu or by right-mouse
clicking on the patient profile and selecting this feature from the menu.
