1. Click on the Admission
tab under the Utilities/ Options menu.
2. Check the box marked Log Access
to Patient Record (HIPAA).
The program logs each instance of access by a user and
tracks the User Name and Date/Time of access.
You may view the Access Log by selecting View
Patient Access Log from the Patient menu or by right-mouse
clicking on the patient profile and selecting this feature from the menu.
