Here is a list of new features and enhancements
- Inventory Adjustment/Transfer screen added to
document transfers from one inventory item (department transfers) to another
or inventory adjustments (breakage).
- Inventory Adjustment/Transfer types can be
added under Utilities...Options...Inventory.
- Next Fill Date added to the order profile
screen when viewing active orders.
- Patient weight history table added. Changes
can be viewed under Patient...Print.
- TPN Attribute Manganese unit of measure
changed to MCG/ML from MG/ML.
- Inventory Billing Units shows 1 when no
default has been set.
- DME Pick Up date added to the DME Order
Screen.
- DME Pick Up Report added.
- Labels updated to print "Use By"
instead of "Do Not Use After" for facilities in the state of New
Jersey.
- Narcotics Export enhanced to include the file
format required by the state of Ohio.
- Narcotics Export additional filter added so
users can report inventory items that are not a scheduled drug (carisoprodol
and tramadol).
- User-defined claim statuses added under
Utilities...Options...Billing. In previous versions, a claim status could be
active, locked or cancelled. Now you can create your own claim statuses.
Each status must belong to either an active, locked or cancelled
category.
- Default claim status added to the
Options...Utilities...Billing tab to avoid having users select a claim
status for each new claim.
- Changes made to a claim are now logged.
- Pick up date added to the DME order screen.
- When an order or claim is printed, information
about who printed what and when is now stored in the order and claim log
screen.
- The financials tab can now be sorted by claim,
date, payer, status and amount.
- Prior Authorization will default on the claim
as long as all the orders being billed do not use different prior
authorization records.
- Default quantity added to the inventory record
under the Order Entry tab.
- Notes added to the inventory record.
- ICD9 codes load faster.
- HCPC/NDC crosswalk update. NOTE: In order to
use the CMS HCPC/NDC Crosswalk file, you must turn this option on under
Utilities...Options.
- Box 4 on the UB-92 can be customized for each payer.
- Box 38 on the UB-92 can be customized for each payer.
- CMN 10.02B Box 15 prints up to 50 characters.
- Custom Clinical Reviews can be created and linked to
inventory records.
- A/R report can be run by Allowable and Billed
amounts.
- A/R report can be sorted by Payer, Payer Group or Payer
Type.
- Claims tab on the profile screen can be sorted by date.
- Primary doctor is the default for new DME orders.
- Expiration date always print on the Order Label and IV Label
for all orders besides supply orders. If expiration date has been entered for the supply
order, it will be included on the label.
- Archived filter added to the Security Form.
- Updated HCPC codes from CMS.
- CMN's now include the HCPC quantity.
- Baxa TPN formulary loads only as needed, resulting in the
order entry screen loads faster.
- When refilling, the program will display a warning if the
same Rx already exists between the Fill Start Date and Fill Stop Date of the new fill.
Prior versions would display a warning but were sensitive to the time. This version will
display a warning if the dates overlap, regardless of the time.
- Option added to Utilities...Options...Order Entry to lock
orders once confirmed.
- HCFA-1500 Box 31 date can be customized to be
the claim date or the date printed.
- 30-1 form for CA pharmacies enhanced.
- Home Health Agency filter enabled for the
Claim Log report.
- For 837P electronic claims, the Rx Number has
been added to Loop 2400 REF Segment and will be included in the file when
the charge has a NDC number.
- Import CPR+ Version 7 data.
- Patient phone number included on clinical
documents.
Here is a list of things fixed
- Inventory warning message removed when
dispensing and the new inventory count will equal 0. Will only show when the
count goes below 0.
- Factor Label, IV Label, Order Label and
Syringe Label now print entire drug description even it is requires multiple
lines on the label.
- Order Batch screen now supports date shortcut
keys (# of days, +/- keys).
- A/R run by allowable now shows all
credits/adjustments.
- Patient Consent and Patient Intake not
printing when the patient has shipping addresses but none are marked as the
current delivery address.
- Tab and Enter keys fixed on the patient
allergy screen.
- Unbilled orders report can be run for specific
payer.
- Saving a PO fixed when the distributor is assigned to all
facilities.
- Inventory Counts are not subtracted when
adding/editing/deleting common order templates.
- Error 13 fixed when scheduling a room visit as reoccurring.
- More information displayed on overlapping visits when
scheduling a room visit.
- Patient care area is filtered by hospital.
- Error 6 fixed when scheduling a room visit as monthly
reoccurring.
- Error fixed when no database connection present when running
the workstation update.
- Prescription Log With Detail Report fixed to
show the correct order counts. Previous report would include each item in
the order as part of the total count whereas the latest version of the
report only counts each order once.
- Deleted two reports that were no longer
necessary: Patient Account Statement - Full Detail and Patient Account
Statement - Summary.
