button now works properly.
Version 2.13.1 (10/5/2006)
Here is a list of new features and enhancements
- If no IV Rate specified on a TPN order, then
IV Rate does not print on the TPN Label to avoid confusion of having the
label read IV Rate 0 hours for orders like a tapering TPN.
- Syringe Label prints Do Not Use After in order
to be consistent with the other labels. If the facility is located in NJ,
the label will read "Use By: " in accordance with state regulatory
laws.
- Workstation update should display a warning if
the user does not have sufficient permissions to install the workstation
update (unable to register dll's, etc.)
- Double-click supported when selecting a
patient allergy.
- Home Health Agency phone number added to the
patient profile screen.
- Option added under Utilities...Options...Order
Entry to warn if Fill Stop Date and/or Next Fill Date fall on a weekend.
- MAR tab in the Options screen to add MAR
Sections.
- MAR Section added to order types.
- Multi-facility pharmacy name/address prints on
labels (Order, IV and TPN) if the order type is using a Multi-Facility
counter.
- NDC Response file is no longer cached to the
local application folder.
- On the Order Label, the quantity
authorized/refills moved to the same line as quantity and the RPh moved one
line down.
- Patient name and id added to the caption
portion of the clinical document screen.
- Blank line added between clinical documents
when printing multiple documents on one report.
- NCPDP Responses are not stored on the local
drive but are cached in memory. Previous versions stored the NCPDP response
file in a temporary file on the client machine (NCPDP.TXT) and then opened
the file in Notepad. The response is now kept in memory and dumped to a
Crystal Report and displayed in the Print Preview window. This addresses
issues on Citrix servers where users cannot write any files to the Citrix
server. This also addresses any issues with patient/financial data retained
on a client's computer.
- X12 Overrides table added to handle changing
data elements in Loop 2300 of the X12 837P file.
- When a user has rights to All Facilities, the
program will default the login facility to the last facility the user
accessed.
- When importing inventory from First Databank,
the program now reads the package size to determine the total volume for
items with a dosage form of ML.
- Expired date added to the patient record.
- If two or more records in the Inventory Price
History table have the same InventoryRef, ChangeDate and
PriceType, the program will use the last InventoryPriceChangeRef which
should be the latest change.
Here is a list of things fixed
- When clicking Cancel after editing a payer
record, you could click Edit without having a payer record selected.
- Under Batch Confirm, order with the same
start/stop dates now are listed.
- Error 94 fixed when changing the font size on
clinical document templates.
- For Patient Account Statements, when the
option is used to print statements only with a patient portion, the program
will only include statements for a patient with a patient portion and a
claim balance.
- When configured to force workstation updates,
the workstation update will wait for 5 seconds to allow for the program to
shutdown in order to avoid encountering an overwrite error of the file since
it is still in use.
- Min/Max Dose Ranges display fixed on the order
entry screen.
- When opening the other medications order entry
screen, the default of 1 has been removed from the item selection screen.
- Patient Profile - Active Orders report fixed
so that pharmacy orders and other medication orders display on the same
page.
- Price changes captured in the price history
table when using inventory pricing rules.
- Inventory Type field in Reports displayed in
yellow when the type cannot be used to filter a report.
- Credit Log removed from the report list. The
Receipts and/or Adjustments Log should be used instead.
- Patient And Order Reconciliation Report
removed from the report list.
- When adding a pricing rule, the rank is saved.
Previous versions were only saving the rank during an edit.
- Prescription Counter field expanding to 50
characters to fix error when saving an order type with Multi-Facility Supply
Counter 1 category.
- Primary, secondary and tertiary insurance
variables cleared when selecting a new patient. If selecting/admitting a new
patient with less insurance records than the previous patient and adding a
new therapy, the program could have mistakenly linked the patient therapy
record to the previous patient's insurance record.
- When scheduled a patient visit, a new visit
wasn't always saved. Also, when creating a recurring visit, the user was
forced to enter both a ending date and number of visits. The program now
only requires one of these to create the recurring visit: end date or number
of visits.
- Claim screen size adjusted to entire form can
be viewed.
- Drug Statement Report fixed.
- Narcotics reports for the OH: Fixed days
supply sent as 0 when fill start and fill stop dates are the same. Component
Ingredient Quantity is correctly mapped to field 5 instead of field 4.
