| Maximum units of service
added for the electronic receiver record. This can be used if your clearninghouse has a
quantity limit. For example, WebMD allows a maximum quantity of 99. Entering 99 in this
field would split charges with a quantity over 99 into multiple charges. No change is made
to the claim, rather when the electronic batch is created, the program will split the
charge increments of the maximum quantity. A quantity of 150 would be split into two
charges (a quantity of 99 and another quantity of 51). |

| Data Views added. Data views
are custom views of your data. These views are created by reading a .TXT file in the \Data
Views folder in the Ascend-HI shared folder. Each text file needs to contain a SQL
statement that will query the Ascend-HI database. These data views can be exported in CSV
files and opened in other programs (Excel, Access, etc,.). If you are familiar with
writing SQL statements, this can be a powerful tool of getting additional information out
of your database. |

| When entered a new order and minimizing the new order
screen and selecting a new patient, the program would display the new order to the wrong
patient's profile. The order was actually added to the correct patient but incorrectly
showed on the wrong profile until the profile was refreshed. |
